Kimberly Cross
Kimberly Cross holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas, and a Master of Human Relations and Counseling from The University of Oklahoma. She is currently completing a second master’s degree in Social Work. Kimberly is a medically retired military servicemember who is also a multi-published author of over 22 books in the genre of women’s fiction (under a pen name) with today’s top publishing houses.
Throughout her writing career, Ms. Cross has continued to mentor, provide life coaching and give therapeutic services, pro bono, through various organizations. For the military she served as a Family Readiness Group leader at the Battalion level, as well as served as a civilian director of volunteer services with the Red Cross in Yongsan, Korea. Although she has enjoyed her career as a writer, Kimberly’s desire to return to her first love, counseling, led her to return to school and complete her second Master degree. Working with veterans, and those who are survivors of all walks of life, Kimberly is honored to assist and walk with them in their journey to mental and spiritual healing.

Physical therapy students in the second and third year of their professional phase of education treat patients under the supervision of at least one licensed faculty member.
